I create a composite of interviews from which to synthesize and generate an assessment.

Ongoing Inquiry
We co-create behavior change through insight and action in twice-monthly, 90 minute sessions.

Progress Check-In
Prior to the end of our original scope, we will check in to monitor progress to determine next steps.

Goals Met
When you are self-correcting and have the capacity to sustain your new behaviors, we will conclude our process. If additional work is needed, we can extend the contract.

Ongoing Support
I’m available to reassess and address any issues should they arise after our contract to ensure your team’s success.
